In this role, you’ll own Upright’s growth marketing strategy and execution end-to-end. You’ll combine performance marketing, content, and automation to attract and convert high-quality leads, while working cross-functionally to scale what works.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and executing Upright’s growth marketing strategy, combining performance channels, content, and automation to generate and convert high-quality leads across the funnel
- Driving and running AI-powered growth experiments, testing new automations, tools, and content formats in collaboration with Sales, Comms, and Creative teams
- Owning and optimizing HubSpot marketing automation and CRM integration, ensuring smooth data flow, accurate attribution, and actionable insights for both marketing and sales
- Leading and establishing a robust performance analytics framework, enabling data-driven decisions on content, channel mix, and campaign strategy
SIGNS OF BEING A GREAT MATCH FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- Proven experience in building growth marketing engines, ideally in SaaS or tech, or other high-growth environments (B2B/B2C), with strong expertise in paid media campaigns
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms and integrating sales and marketing tools
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and content (think landing pages, ads, guides)
- Ability to set and drive marketing content strategy — shaping a clear vision for what content to create and why, grounded in audience insight, positioning, and business goals
- Passion for running AI-powered marketing experiments to drive growth and optimize tools
- Strong autonomy and multitasking skills, with the ability to own and execute growth initiatives
- Attention to detail and quality across all marketing materials, with excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Agile, forward-thinking mindset, adaptable to the fast-evolving digital marketing landscape
