This role is made for ambitious and highly motivated individuals who want to accelerate their careers, work closely with experienced startup executives, and experience the challenges of exponential growth firsthand.Reporting to our Accounting manager, the candidate selected will be in charge of all the accounting receivables tasks for administrative and accounting purposes, such as:

• InvoicingCollection
• Inbound wire transfers
• Incomes recording
• Customer ledger reconciliations
• Other administrative & accounting tasks

Additionally, the person holding this position will be encouraged to define and implement improvements in all AR current procedures as part of his/her professional growth.This role will allow you to take responsibility from day one and participate in the expansion of Sunhero to help us accelerate the transition to solar energy in Spain. What do you need to be successful in this role?You will be in a unique position as part of the Finance team at Sunhero, shaping ‌the‌ future of solar energy.To be successful in this role, you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, be analytical and strategic, have a pragmatic sense of how to get things done, and openness to iterations and change. As we continue to grow and build a solid business and outstanding culture, you need to be very hands-on and ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen, and be open to learning about the tasks of the other accounting areas (Accounting Payables & Treasury). Last but definitely not least, the person holding this position needs to be in continuous contact with other departments, supporting them with topics related to the AR area.Skills/Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance and/or Economics.
• At least 2 years of work experience managing AR.
• Previous experience in the solar industry is desirable but not a must.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to find innovative solutions to challenging problems.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to deliver within short deadlines.
• Curiosity to learn and challenge the status quo.
• A strong motivation to have a positive impact on the planet and to change the way people think about energy production.
• Experience in a start-up environment is desirable
• N ative Spanish speaker and fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
