The role
We're looking for a mission-driven Marketing Manager who will bring our B2B SaaS marketing game to the next level. You will report into our Chief Commercial Officer and own all our marketing efforts, from strategy to execution. You don't need to be an expert across all channels from the start, but eager to learn and to use AI tools to support your daily work. You will be an individual contributor this year and as the company grows, you'll have the opportunity to build a small team around you.
What you'll do
Lead Generation & Paid Media. Build and manage campaigns across LinkedIn and other relevant paid channels to drive qualified leads.
Content & SEO. Develop a content strategy that further builds Podero’s expert authority in the market, across organic channels such as our website, email, LinkedIn and PR.
Events & Webinars. Identify, plan and execute attendance at relevant industry events and conferences. Organize webinars that resonate with our ICPs.
Product Marketing. Translate Podero’s product into clear messaging and create sales enablement materials that help the sales team close.
Go-to-market Advisory. Support selected customers with best practices in developing effective marketing strategies for their new value propositions.
What we're looking for
>3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS and/or startup environment
Confidence to develop the strategy while still wanting to get your hands dirty
Proficiency with AI tools to support your daily work and to build marketing automations
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
A data-driven mindset
Genuine curiosity about the energy industry
Fluency in English and German, additional languages are a plus
