About You

As GTM Operations, you will own and continuously improve the operational backbone that enables Optiml’s Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance teams to execute effectively and scale sustainably.

This is a hands-on role for a structured, analytical operator who sees the revenue lifecycle end-to-end — from pipeline generation to renewal and expansion — and builds systems that improve clarity, predictability and performance.

You will report to the Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and work closely with Commercial, Delivery and Finance leads. You will collaborate across lean cross-functional squads (Product, Tech, Data, Finance, Delivery) to translate growth priorities into scalable processes, reporting and automation.

This role suits a strong mid-level Revenue / GTM Operations professional who enjoys solving root causes rather than surface symptoms and takes full ownership of outcomes.

As of early 2026, we are expanding our team to broaden our product lines and scale operational delivery for a growing global client base.

Tasks

Key Objectives

  • Design and maintain a CRM and GTM toolkit that improves deal quality, pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
  • Deliver cross-functional reporting across Commercial and Finance, turning data into actionable insights and measurable improvements.
  • Enable repeatable outbound and ABM plays in partnership with Marketing and Sales.
  • Support the development of a scalable, structured and data-driven commercial organisation.
  • Introduce pragmatic automation and AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort and increase clarity

Your Responsibilities

1️⃣ CRM & Revenue Systems

  • Own and continuously improve Optiml’s CRM (HubSpot): core fields, opportunity stages, validation rules, scoring logic and reporting hygiene.
  • Implement pipeline governance, stage discipline and risk flags to surface stalled deals and improve forecast reliability.
  • Maintain a clear CRM playbook and train teams to ensure consistent adoption and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure clean lead routing, ICP alignment and funnel efficiency.

2️⃣ Reporting, Forecasting & Insights

  • Prepare and maintain structured dashboards linking pipeline health, conversion, win/loss, forecast accuracy and campaign performance.
  • Support forecasting cadence and scenario planning in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
  • Run targeted deep-dives (stage leakage, source conversion, account penetration) and translate findings into practical improvements.
  • Connect commercial activity to invoicing, billing schedules and revenue recognition in partnership with Finance.

3️⃣ Outbound, ABM & Commercial Enablement

  • Operationalise outbound and ABM initiatives in partnership with Marketing, ensuring structured account targeting and measurable results.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for commercial collateral and ensure sellers present a consistent message.
  • Develop clear enablement guides and process documentation to reduce ramp time and improve execution quality.

4️⃣ AI & Automation as Leverage

  • Identify and implement practical automation opportunities across enrichment, reporting, forecasting support and documentation workflows.
  • Experiment with AI-enabled use cases (e.g. structured summarisation, enrichment, reporting assistance) to improve productivity and decision quality.
  • Improve integrations across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement and BI tools to reduce manual effort and improve data integrity.
  • Support the development of lightweight governance principles for responsible and accurate use of generative AI within the commercial team.

5️⃣ Cross-Functional Strategic Projects

Work closely with:

  • Marketing to improve lead quality, funnel performance and ABM effectiveness
  • Sales to strengthen pipeline governance and forecast accuracy
  • Customer Success to connect product usage, renewals and expansion signals
  • Finance to align pipeline forecasts with billing schedules and cash visibility

Requirements

You Have:

  • 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment
  • At least one role within an enterprise-scale organisation or exposure to enterprise sales cycles, giving you first-hand experience of forecasting friction, multi-stakeholder deal complexity, governance discipline and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong analytical grounding — ideally including 2–3 years in a structured environment such as strategy consulting, investment banking, commercial analytics or similar roles where you developed rigorous problem-solving, modelling and structured thinking capabilities
  • Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), strong Excel/Sheets skills and familiarity with BI tools
  • Experience supporting forecasting, territory planning, quota setting or performance reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to implement structured process improvements and drive adoption across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with high ownership and ambiguity

  • Exposure to real estate, infrastructure or institutional capital environments
  • German proficiency
  • Experience in early-stage, high-growth SaaS environments
