Where your expertise is needed

  • Take a hands-on approach in managing key accounts, securing new business opportunities, and driving the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand client needs deeply and provide tailored solutions.
  • Actively manage and grow partnership sales channels. Focus on generating a robust pipeline for outbound sales efforts, ensuring a steady flow of potential deals.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to strategize and implement effective inbound marketing strategies, optimizing the lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, setting ambitious goals and driving the team towards achieving them. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate national goals.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive market intelligence, staying ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and product development.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales leadership, ideally with experience in the carbon credit or sustainability sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing sales strategies, coaching teams, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and influence at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
