ABOUT THE ROLE

From dropping off bikes to repairs to customer service, our operations team is core to keeping the Dance community happy and satisfied. We’re looking for someone to join our Central Operations team in Paris, working extensively with our suppliers and mechanics to optimize our repair and maintenance processes for our markets.

• Monitor and measure the quality and performance of our fleet

• Perform data analysis and experiments to find opportunities for process improvement

• Create processes from the ground up that have an immediate impact on our core promise to the customer - the quality of our rides

• Collaborate with our suppliers and mechanics to understand in detail how every part of our vehicles work

• Work from our workshops but also go in-field with mechanics and drivers.

• Travel to our operating markets to understand their differences, gather learnings and standardize processes

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you:

• You have at least 1-3 years of work experience in engineering or operations and a drive to make an impact on the world.

• You are hands-on and enjoy working on the ground, ideally with past experience repairing bicycles or mopeds

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as previous experience rolling out changes to multiple stakeholders at different levels

• You have strong analytical skills and are able to understand large sets of data, with great Google Sheet skills. Previous experience with SQL and Looker is a big plus.

• You will be present in the Paris workshop at least 4 times per week

• You are based in Paris, France and open to travel

• You are fluent in English and French
